This is a, "What If..."

What if there was a "Hard Rock Cafe" for Artists?

What if that place was easy to gather as at a Starbucks?

What if the community could go there and buy Prints?

What if regional artists could hold seminars,  or webinars there?

What if DA franchised these cafe's out?

... there you go!  I hand the, "What If Baton," off to you.
